These terms apply when you ask NY City Key to contact you by text message.
Service messages
By choosing text as a contact method and submitting the form, you authorize NY City Key to text the mobile number you provide about that request. Messages may include vehicle questions, estimates, scheduling, arrival coordination and follow-up. Message frequency varies with your request.
Optional marketing
Marketing consent is separate and optional. It is not a condition of purchasing service. If you select the optional marketing box, you authorize occasional offers or reminders. We do not treat operational consent as permission for unrelated promotions.
Rates, stopping and help
Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Reply STOP to end marketing texts and HELP for assistance, or contact us through the website. A STOP request may not prevent a necessary reply to a new service request you initiate later.
Your responsibility
Provide a number you control and are authorized to use. Keep vehicle documents, payment details and other sensitive information out of ordinary text messages unless we provide a secure method for a specific purpose.
