Accessibility Statement
NY City Key wants customers with disabilities to be able to learn about our mobile service and contact us without unnecessary barriers.
Our approach
We work to support keyboard navigation, readable contrast, meaningful headings, form labels, visible focus states, reduced-motion preferences and content in English and Spanish. Accessibility is an ongoing part of maintaining the website, not a one-time claim of perfect conformance.
Need another format or contact method?
If any page, form or document is difficult to use, contact us and describe the page, task and assistance you need. We will make a reasonable effort to provide the information or service through an accessible alternative, such as a phone call or text conversation.
Third-party services
Links, maps, payment tools, social platforms or other third-party services may have their own accessibility features and limitations. We welcome notice when an outside tool creates a barrier in a NY City Key workflow.
Feedback
Please include the web address or feature involved and a way to reach you. We use accessibility feedback to prioritize practical improvements.
